Encouraging her to pick her own outfits is so much fun and so entertaining. I still like to pick out her clothes sometimes but I think I'm going to start doing that even less. She has so much fun with it and I love seeing what she comes up with!
My daughter is 6 and I've let her pick out her own clothes since she was 2. I only make her change if it's not weather appropriate. She has some pretty interesting outfits most days. I figure it's the only time in her life she'll be able to get away with those interesting outfits.
ReplyDeletethat's awesome! i do the same thing with the weather appropriate-ness (?). lol. and you're right, it's the only time where they can REALLY get away with dressing like nutsos so why not let them have fun while they can! :)
