makin' it monday!

hey everyone, this week i decided to try out a fun new feature called "makin' it monday." basically, mondays will be host to DIY projects or kids crafts. i will post pictures, tutorials, recipes, etc. based on what norah and i make each week. this week we tried making our own sidewalk paint! it was super fun and SO easy. bonus: norah LOVED it! we will definitely be doing this again and again. here's what we did:

for those wondering ... this paint IS edible, though probably pretty gross, so don't worry if your little ones put it in their mouths (like mine did ::side eye::). also, this kept her busy for almost an HOUR which i think is a new record in this house. usually she gets bored with an activity after a half an hour or so and then moves on but today she was all about this! i'd say this was a 100% success.
