we made rainbow bubble art! here's what to do:
you will need bubbles, empty containers, a bubble wand, and food coloring. i happened to have some old clear bubble containers in my parents' garage (probably from when i was little) so i used these. it was easy for norah to see the colors this way. but any container will do!
fill your containers with the desired amounts of bubbles. i only used a small amount since norah likes to dump her bubbles in the grass and stomp in them (::side eye::). just mix a few drops of food coloring (watercolor paint would also work) into the bubbles and shake well. that's it!
blow the bubbles in the general direction of a piece of paper, blank canvas, etc. i had mark help me with this since norah couldn't really follow my directions. a lot of the time he chased her around trying to catch her bubbles on the paper haha.
i love her bubble blowing faces
loving it!
my favorite of the finished pages. i'm going to add this to the string of her drawings/paintings that i hung in her room.
**food coloring WILL stain cement so i would keep this activity in the grass!**
this is so neat!! Thanks for sharing sister! :)
